revenue we had $620 billion significant high end tax rate to 39.6 percent but that is not enough on the revenue side. we have already agreed to a trillion dollars in spending cuts over a trillion dollars in spending cuts. are you talking about more taxes? >> talking about looking at the tax code putting everything from the table from the standpoint of closing loopholes and know we can do that. subsidies for big oil 38 billion right there. again not to take things in isolation just to say okay, how much more revenue can we get as we go forward? >> mitch mcconnell shutting down that possibility. >> the tax issue is over. now it is time to pivot to the single biggest threat. we have a debt of $16.4 trillion

i want to start out with the current temperatures they are close to where they should be this time of year. 30s in new york city in the 20s minneapolis and in the 30s a chilly start to your day in dallas texas. temperature currently 33 degrees. i have good news for the eastern two-thirds of the country. you will start to notice a bit of a warming trend. we will be looking at temperatures above average. first week of january started out on a very cold note temperatures below average now we are going to see a shift in the weather pattern good news with temperatures a little warmer than what is typical. as we head into portions of florida we have lingering showers across central parts of the state. we will continue to see that with a frontal boundary lingering out there producing precipitation portions of the pacific northwest through out the weekend seeing rain, wind and snow expecting a foot of snow over the washington cass said. that will continue not just for a day but over the next several days. here's a look at the storm system across california.

blue shield are aiming at 14 percent in florida and ohio they have insured rates by 20 percent by some people. it can amount to several$00 per mornt and largely target small businesses and people without employer provided insurance. families with employer based policies on the other hand are looking at roughly 4 percent increases. it requires regulators to review any request of ralt increases of 10 percent or more. it is posted at healthcare dot gov. they justify the discrepancy saying medical costs for policyholders are rising much faster than the average suggesting they are in a thicker population. but the review process also revealed a sharp disparity with you will giving authority to deny those who haven't. they have increases for 2013 in individual and small group market.

fitness. good to see you this morning. this is a great segment. we started the new year. off to a good start. you say think of food as fuel and don't use it -- so many times i worked out so hard so i deserve that and i am going to get cheesecake afterwards. that will ruin it. food is probably more important. calories in verses calories out. think about the food pyramid. if you get to dinner and three servings of vegetables one serving of fruit i had a lot of proteins and carbs today. it's not what makes you feel good. it's not a gift it's about what is good for your body. >> you feel like it's a gift for yourself. >> if it helps you emotionally i want this chocolate. i am tired maybe i will get something to make knee feel comfortable. you have your goals in mind. >> you say practice good habits
